  • 3D Festival is one of those sites that every game artist MUST bookmark in their browser. It's a great website full of resources, tutorials, and big name interviews.. Anyway, they've recently put up a set of interviews with experienced industry types from places such as Weta Digital, Blizzard Entertainment, and Newtek about what it takes to get a career in 3d art.   • Gamespy has covered the Australian Games Developer Conference (2002), with an interview and details of some of the seminars that the article writer attended, such as those with Ray Muzyka (bioware co-CEO), Lars Gustavsson (Battlefield 1942), John De Margheriti (BigWorld), and Tantalus..   • Gamershell have a demo of the Rugby League title that is under developement at Sidhe Interactive... "HES has released a playable demo of their upcoming rugby game, Rugby League. Developed by Sidhe Interactive, Rugby League, is a licensed simulation of the NRL league. The game will be available for the PC and next generation consoles in late 2003."
