About the role: Operations Coordinator
We’re looking for a part-time Operations Coordinator (62-67k AUD per year) to join our team and help us grow sustainably. This role involves a mix of administrative, and minor accounting / bookkeeping tasks. Day to day, you can expect to be working on the following:
- Developing and executing processes and office administrative procedures
- Supporting with organisation and facilitation of in-person events
- Managing some regular bookkeeping tasks, such as bank reconciliations or payroll processing
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks, managing software subscriptions, etc

Requirements:

- Competent in standard productivity tools: Email, Microsoft Office software, Google Suite (Sheets, etc)
- High attention to detail
- Prior experience in operations and/or office management
- Are an Australian citizen, or hold a current visa to work in Australia
Not Required, But Advantageous:
- Previous experience with accounting tools, such as Xero
- Previous experience with bookkeeping and payroll related tasks
- Previous experience implementing operational systems, or technical systems
- A love of spreadsheets
- Experience with agile software development methodologies
- Technical experience (either in game development, or in broader IT)
