Looking for Co-Founders: Producer & Technical Director

LOOKING FOR CO-FOUNDERS:

- Studio Head or Senior Producer

- Technical Leadership/Director

We are looking to appoint two additional co-founders to join our Game Director and Art Director on the leadership team.  As a co-founder, you will immediately be in a position to influence the design, direction, tech stack and culture of the studio. 

​If you have been part of a gaming studio or publishing arm; understand what it takes to build and work with a team of gaming artists, designers, and engineers; love trying new and upcoming platforms and tech; can talk hours about core gaming loops, then this might be the role for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• This is a HANDS-ON role. We ALL work in-engine. We are all builders.
• Cross platform focus - Steam / Epic / Microsoft / Sony
• Rapid prototyping and extreme iteration based on early playtesting.
• Spearhead pre-production activities and production planning
• Deep knowledge of the history of PC / Console games, indie, AA, AAA and their success.
• Be able to attract and retain senior talent for high functioning teams.

​​EXPERIENCE

• For Studio Head/Producer position, prior leadership experience, as well as strong experience in project management and Agile management style; facilitating scrums and sprints is a must.
• For Technical Leadership, experience in developing and optimizing the technical pipeline and managing engineering teams is a must.
• Working knowledge of both Unreal & Unity is a bonus.
• At least 5 years experience in the PC / Console game industry.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and publishing successful video games.
