We're close to announcing the venue and dates for Freeplay 2009 so the time has come to start the process of programming our event. Over the past few months, we've developed a draft collection of sessions and workshops that we're currently adapting to fit our space - we'll put out a proper call for speakers soon - but for now, we're looking for expressions of interest for our 2009 Advisory Board.
Our Advisory Board will be responsible for connecting with possible speakers and our audience, and helping to guide the Freeplay program for 2009.
We're looking to get this finalised as soon as possible, so if you're interested, send an email to info@freeplay.net.au before May 25th telling us:
- Who you are and what you do
- Why you want to be involved
- What you think you can bring to Freeplay

Would be good to be a part of it
This might be something I'll fly down for again, though I kind of have to see what date they do things (overseas in june, obviously busy catching up / poor early july).
Might be good to see if we can get a large/grouped sumea indie team showing for this. Will of course depend when it is, and how far all the teams are by then.
