Done some more to my mesh. Chnaged the shoulder area again, trying to look for a good approach to do them. I'll probably change it again later on down the track.
Currently sitting on 2296 tris.

Very nice concept, lots of flavour. Good mix of detail and simplicity and the character looks very dangerous.
If I was to be picky about your concept, I'd say that the legs look (to me) a bit too long. If you look from the top of her hips to whereever her knees would be, that's one hell of a thighbone. Other than that, top stuff.
Sorry the updates are so streatched. Moving house is time consuming :p
