I am a designer and engineer with 5+ years of professional industry experience working on multiple titles, platforms and technologies ranging in scale from agile mobile games and client-focused initiatives to international multi-studio productions spanning many years and timezones.
Throughout my professional and educational commitments, I've acquired a passion for attention to detail and shepherding projects through the entire development cycle, from concept to consumer and support. I’m very proud of every product I’ve assisted in making and am dedicated to taking the experiences and insights gained into every new endeavour.
I’m analytical, multidisciplinary, proactive and data-driven. I strive to utilise every tool and methodology available to get the most out of a design. I aim to understand projects at a fundamental level, from design pillars and core loops to workflows and codebases. I use that knowledge to speak with expertise and understanding, whether it be internally to developers, professionally to investors or externally to customers, content creators and media. Primarily I'm a Unity and C# developer with a passion for systems, balance, optimisation and tools. However, I have a keen interest in other engines, languages and practices. Recently I've studied UE4 and C++ to broaden my skill set and ensure projects are produced on the best possible platform. This extends to my coding and design principals where I’m continually iterating and improving in an effort to provide unique and inspiring solutions.
