Position: Marketing Game Manager

Job Type: 18-month contract or longer

Based at one of our leading studios and integrated into the heart of the development team, you will work on several game projects currently in production. You will report to the Editorial Marketing Director based at the Production Headquarters (in France). From the concept phase to the end of the production phase, you will make sure that the marketing aspects are included in the project development working closely with the project?s Producer

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the game conception by bringing your marketing expertise (market analysis, consumer knowledge?) to enrich the creative work and ensure a strong and unique positioning
- Accompany the development team from pre-production phase to production phases and fine-tune the positioning and communication strategy at all stages. .
- Prepare product presentations and be responsible for communication of the project to Top Management (together with the Producer) for the main validation stage gates. Equally you have to ensure that operational marketing teams have the right information at the right time to work on consistent marketing plans.
- Manage 1 or several Marketing Coordinator(s) in charge of the creation of marketing assets and communication tools (screenshots, demos, artworks, trailers).
Requirements:
- Gamer, passionate about video games, you have a minimum of 5 years experience in an operational marketing department in the videogame or entertainment industry, an excellent knowledge of the industry with an ability to understand, analyse and explain the market. You also have a strong affinity for game development issues.
- With excellent communication skills, you are diplomatic, flexible pro-active and convincing.
- You are mobile (precise the countries in your cover letter) and fluent in English.

Position: Sr. Network Game Programmer

Job Type: 18-month contract or longer

Responsibilities:
- Network synchronization of game objects in Unreal engine for PS2/Xbox title.
- Implementation and debugging of network module.

Requirements:
- Bachelor?s degree or above, major in computer science or equivalent
- 2 years+ game development experience
- Xbox live and/or PS2 online game development experience
- Proficient in C/C++ programming with 4 years+ experience
- Familiar with game engine architecture and production work flow

The Position: Senior 3D Animator

Creating 3D animations and characters, using both key-frames and motion capture

- Design high quality key-frame animations and characters;
- Cooperate with Game Designers, Engineers, and Sound Designers to fulfill tasks according to the Production Plan;

Requirements
- 3+ years experience in 3D key-frame animation;
- High-polygon character modeling skills, good texturing ability. Accurate shaping.
- 3dsmax and/or Maya proficiency;
- Must be creative and have the ability to adapt to a realistic game style;
- Good team work and communication skills
- Task driven and good time management skills,

The Position: Technical Director

Job Type: Full Time, 18 Month or longer Contract

The Technical Director will play a key role in bringing the vision of the game to the technical capabilities of the tools and the engine. He/she will work with the creative staff to make them aware of the possibilities and the limitations.
Responsible for the successful game production and development by managing technical risks and opportunities: making key art design and implementation decisions with the development teams; providing solutions to problem solving and educating the team on technical best practices.
Responsibilities
- Defines the technological strategy with the development team of the project: pipeline, tools, and key development procedures.
- Assesses technical risk and mitigation plan.
- Establishes standards and procedures to track and measure projects progression.
- Evaluates development teams, identifying strengths, problem areas, and developing plans for improving performance.
- Research new technology and tools as opportunities for game innovation and development excellence.
- Works with the Producer, the Art Director and the Lead Game Designer on establishing the technical impact of the creative direction
- Works with technology, artistic and technical production leads on establishing guidelines for the production so as to achieve the desired objectives in the most efficient manner
- Make sure that the guidelines are respected and maintained up to date with changes in tools, engine, design, etc.

Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in Fine Arts, computer Science or Engineering
- At least 5-8 years solid experience with 3d modeling, 3D animation, texturing, lighting, and effects tools and techniques
- Experienced with optimization techniques to produce best looking results while working under tight constraints
- knowledgeable of scene rendering techniques and implementations
- Significant experience with determining the technical implications and possible implementations of creative decisions
- Significant experience interacting with artistic as well as technical staff
- Knowledge of programming concepts and techniques
- Result oriented
