Animators
The Animator is responsible for setting up and animating 3D
characters generated by the art department

Job Description/Responsibilities:
? Character rigging
? Character modeling when necessary
? Character texturing when necessary
? Constructing bone rigs and painting skins for existing models
? Creating world-class animations for organic and inorganic models
? Lip synching and facial animation for scripted sequences
? Working within strict time constraints
? Reporting to art director, producer and project manager

Required Skills/Experience:
? Minimum 4 years games industry experience
? Proven animation skills (2 and 4 legged characters)
? Proven modeling skills
? Proven texturing skills
? Strong knowledge of Maya animation system
? A keen eye for lighting, shading, color, detail and form
? An ability to create natural motion, quickly and with ease
? Exceptional attention to detail (down to the pixel/material level)
? Expert in Max5, Character studio (especially biped), Photoshop
? Strong concept sketch ability a major plus
? Familiarity with technical concepts of real time rendering a plus
? Passion for games and achieving excellence ? someone who always
strives to improve
? Objectives driven
? A team player who has a disciplined and professional work ethic

QA Test Manager

The Test manager is responsible for all issues pertaining to game quality.

Job Description/Responsibilities:
? Defect testing on all game products
? Responsible for setting organizational policies around testing
? Accountable for setting test requirements
? Responsible for setting test certification criteria
? Responsible for cross divisional communication
? Test case creation and management
? Performance testing on all game products
? Organising and creating builds for testing and delivery
? Management of internal and external bug databases
? Very clear and concise communication of all issues
? Reporting to producer and project manager
? Assist with organisation and execution of focus tests
? Assist with production, scheduling and task allocation

Required Skills/Experience:
? Passion for games and achieving excellence ? someone who always
strives to improve
? Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for quality
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong leadership qualities
? Objectives driven
? A team player who has a disciplined and professional work ethic
? Significant QA testing experience required
? Knowledge of QA and QA processes

? Ability to assist with white box testing desired
? Previous experience in a Test Manager role
