The position will suit someone who is smart, reliable, hard-working, organised and proactive, who has a get-it-done approach, who can work well in a team, and who is looking for a career, not just a job.

The role will focus on client development, using a 3D game engine, but will be directly involved in all aspects of the game, including server, tools, and database development. Previous game development experience is required, and experience with a commercial 3D game engine will be very useful.

The successful applicant must have excellent expertise in:
o MSVC++
o Debugging
o Using a Version Control System
o Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Additionally, one or more of the following will be useful:
o Real-Time Graphics Programming
o Experience with Developing for Linux/UNIX
o Relational Database Programming
o Network Programming
o Experience with a 3D game engine
o Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

This role will report to the Lead Programmer, and will offer a salary commensurate with experience.

Please note that only applicants legally allowed to work in Australia will be considered for this position.
