Tantalus Interactive (www.tantalus.com.au) is currently seeking a Lead Game Designer to work on DS and next-generation console titles.



We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of design fundamentals, analytical thinking, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate creatively as part of a team.



This is not an entry-level position: some previous design experience is required, and candidates who have worked in a design capacity on one or more shipped titles will be preferred.



Applicants are encouraged to provide examples of their work. This can include board or card games, level designs on paper, writing samples, game design documents, and other non-digital media, as well as demos, mods, published games, and so on.



Tantalus Interactive is an equal opportunity employer.



This position is based in Melbourne, and the successful applicant will need to hit the ground running as soon as possible.
