Hi guys i'm new to CG and want to get right into it. I just want to know what you guys know about Rhino 3D.
Well, I mucked around with Rhino3D while it was in beta (oh so many years ago), and it was a great program if you're heavily into nurbs modelling. So if you want to get into precise, technically accurate modelling of machinery, vehicles etc, it'd be a great program to use.. (You can do organic modelling with nurbs as well, but I reckon other methods are much easier and better).
