Freeplay has announced that tickets are now on sale! Tickets are a very affordable $20, so there's no excuse for anyone to not be at Australia's only independent game developers conference!
The two day conference is being held in Melbourne mid-next month (14/08/2009 - 15/08/2009), and you can book your tickets online at Moshtix here or by calling Moshtix on 1300 GET TIX (438 849).

I have been looking forward to this. Watched some footage of past lectures and it sounded interesting. I will definitely be making a trip down for it.

Somebody else pointed out that it isn't clear on the site when & where Freeplay is - we'll fix that up.
In terms of speakers, we're in the process of putting our program together. There'll be some familiar faces, but we're also reaching out to some new ones too. We'll also have our public expo program taking place in the Experimedia space at the Library, so even if you don't want to spend $20 on the event, there'll be the opportunity to play some indie games and to hear some interesting discussions.
We should have some news very soon, including confirmation of our international keynote.
