Hi My name is Sam,
I'm a yr 10 student at EKC in Melbourne.I would like to see whether you could help me out in June, I need to complete 10 dys work experience for my studies.I have a strong passion for the industry and have been into gaming since I was 15mths old. [ young I know its a funny story} So I would like to utilise this time in to a field I'm dedicated into and learn more about , rather than an area I will not venture into. Two important things to note here, Sam.
1. This was posted on the 5th of May, last year.. with a deadline due a few days later on the 9th of May, 2008.
2. If you were interested, you needed to fill in an application form and send it in to Film Victoria instead of posting your interest here.
The other unfortunate truth
The other unfortunate truth is, most game developers don't take people on for work experience. usually because of confidentiality, and also because, well, there isn't really a whole lot you would be able to do.
