Southpeak Games to publish Fuzzeyes' Edge of Twilight
Steampunk Action-Adventure Fantasy Game To Debut In 2009
GRAPEVINE, TX - December 6, 2007 - SouthPeak Games, a leading publisher and distributor of entertainment software, today announced it will be publishing FUZZYEYES' upcoming colossus Edge of Twilight in North America and Europe. Scheduled for release in 2009 on next-gen consoles and PC, Edge of Twilight is a fast paced cinematic combat and action game set in a steampunk inspired fantasy world.
"Edge of Twilight appealed to us because of its exquisitely original vision," said Katie Morgan, Executive Vice President at SouthPeak Games. "We look forward to working with the talented team at FUZZYEYES on this incredibly ambitious title."
Edge of Twilight promises a look into a post-apocalyptic landscape where day and night no longer coexist. As the only living half-breed, Lex, the player travels between the two parallel realms engaging in over-the-top battles and exploring a living and breathing, yet desperate, landscape.
"Edge of Twilight has been our labor of love for some time now and we could not be more excited to partner with SouthPeak to bring it to market," said Wei-Yao Lu, CEO of FUZZYEYES. "There is still so much to reveal about the game we can't wait to share more."

Congratulates!
Finally.. some good news from Australia...
congrats! sweet deal, fuzzybuns
You know, I've never ever heard of SouthPeak Games... apparently a leading publisher? Anyway, all sounds good ;).
fuzzy eyes seem to be the nice guys who don't buy into the snobbery of other oz studios. everyone there ive spoken to is very friendly and down to earth. that goes a long way in my books
the game looks awesome too!! ^_^
Says the CEO or employee ;)
i doubt the CEO cares what people on here say.
hell if people cared what others flame in their comments on here, half of krome would have jumped out of their windows by now.
I say good luck to any aussie studio who's doing well, be in Fuzzy eyes, Krome, IR Gurus etc. I just want to see more studios doing as well.
neither.. :-/ i met them at supernova
So fuzzeyes is going to let them get all the money from north America & europe because?
I have no idea what that was meant to mean.
Publishing is expensive, fuzzy most likely couldn't afford to cover the costs of development AND publishing.
it's expected that they would find someone to help them.
According to the Latest game Developer magazine SouthPeak has purchased an Unreal Engine 3 studio license for the development of its upcoming PC and console titles worldwide. I wonder if Fuzzyeyes will benefit from this and use it, or whether they had already planned on using Unreal tech from the beginning and finding a publisher to cover that cost fit nicely into their original plan.
