Yet Another Local Developer Closing Up?

I will *emphasise* greatly that this is just a rumour at the moment. I've been pondering on whether I should even post about this yet when a lot more details are needed, but I guess if we can get some solid confirmation via the comments section as a result of this news item then that would help stop the second guessings...

But it breaks my heart if this turns out to be true since I'm sure a lot of people had high hopes for this developer and their project. They had some wonderful game ideas happening and it seemed their Online RPG game was progressing along very nicely. There was even a closed beta release just not long ago as well. The rumour is that another Sydney developer has closed up and let go of staff yesterday...

"This hot off the press, another sydney gamedev studio in beta phase went under and canned the entire project as off lunchtime today. All staff laid off and all game assets lost to the void. Im sure you will hear all about it soon enough."
