Hi All

Just wondering if anyone has checked out the new AMP 2 tech demo??

Thoughts??

Got any questions about developing for it, I will be able to get the answers from the main men.

Yeah i have checked it out tonight luckily i have the firepower on my home box to run it.

Quite good first impressions seemed to be some weirdness with the emitted lightboxs coming from the grenade things('R') when they are in mid flight.

Also i think someone may have been looking at the doom 3 bathroom scene with that little effort with the swinging light in that far room.

The ability to deform lights is cool, self shadowing also looks quite good, what is with that swinging light magically coming back to life after being shot though weird-o-rama. Overall for this level of release quite impressed, looking forward to seeing future revisions.

Hey majorpain I licensed the engine ages ago, Its rather impressive even though not all the features are in it yet. Oh yeah the editor has been improved massively, I love it now.
I'm planning on using it for a game after I finish some other work.
People around here definitely check it out. Now you can see all the shit I was going on about, on here a few weeks back.
