What you need for this position:
* Must have at least 5 years of Industry Programming Experience
* Strong experience with OOP
* Working experience or understanding of Socket servers
* Experience with scaling to a large number of users
* Server Side Development and Multithreading
* SQL
* Systems Architecture
* Good working experience with database communication and understanding of latency
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to manage your time and projects effectively.
What is preferred:
* Working Experience with Flash/AS3/Flex/Eclipse or related technology
* Game Development and Game Logic Experience
* Experience with MMO/MMOG
What you'll be doing:
* Developing Game Applications
* Working on Server Side Development
* Collaborating with Art, Design and Business teams along with other members of the development team to build core products.
