Tantalus Media are expanding and looking for 2 skilled artists to join our beautiful new studio at Kelvin Grove in Brisbane. We are looking for junior to mid digital artists, with good 3D modelling/texturing skills. Ability and/or interest in Low-poly advantageous. We are building firm foundations for the new studio, so it’s important for us to bring on board people who are capable of growing into more senior roles, have a passion for their work and enjoy working in team situations.

*Skills, Abilities and Qualifications*

* Solid skills with industry standard modelling and animation packages.
* Strong texture painting abilities.
* Ability to work to deadlines.
* A great eye for detail and quality
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a creative and collaborative team environment
* A genuine enthusiasm and passion for the games industry

*Bonus Attributes*

* Traditional art skills are appreciated
* Maya knowledge preferred
* Ability with Wii, DS or PSP (low poly) artwork
* Some basic animation skills are a plus, though not essential
