IGN has done a great interview with Krome CEO, Robert Walsh, on all things concerning Krome Studios. While the topics discussed include the shock announcement of the Wii MotionPlus, Star Wars: Force Unleashed and Clone wars, and other various Wii related nitbits (Krome are planning on working on another two or three Wii titles next year), there's some great details on the 350 strong company itself, including the 30 to 40 strong R&D team that develops the engine and tools for Krome's games and the benefits that has produced for Krome...
Walsh: Yes. (Krome is the) Biggest independent developer in Australia, we make up for a quarter of the Australian game development, and likewise make up 25% of all games that come out of Australia. So we're very proud of that. There are other companies there besides us of course, but to keep that number that high, we're very proud of that.
