Gamespy has written up a preview of Krome's Hellboy: The Science of Evil on the Xbox 360 which was showcased at Comic-Con recently. There are some great insights into the combat elements of the game, as well as some tidbits on the co-op mode which can be played either online or via splitscreen. The article also reveals that Krome are hoping to include additional download episodes for Hellboy which will hopefully extend the lifetime of the title even further.
Gamespy did have some critique on the aesthetics of the game and questions whether fans will appreciate the deviation from the original comic book style of Hellboy...
A cel-shaded, more comic-book-like appearance could have suited the game as well, but perhaps this more realistic route allowed the developers to better embrace the advantages high-definition.
