Just got word of an Australian based community website for the very popular Quake 3 conversion, Urban Terror. I've always known there was a large contigent of Aussies doing maps and models for that mod, and this site seems to be the place to be for those people to communicate and share ideas with each other. There's news, a forum, and also some interview action happening there too.
