We are currently developing our adorably cute flagship game, Innchanted
The Role/ What You Will Be Doing:
QA - constant testing of development builds
Writing test plans
Conducting or organising user acceptance tests & Beta tests
Creating thorough process documentation
Working with the team and providing feedback to help us produce the best version of the game together!
Requirements:
Document observed bugs or failures clearly, and with as much supporting evidence as possible.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in text with local and remote DragonBear staff, contractors, and partner representatives.
Advocate for our players’ experience, contributing directly to their enjoyment of our games.
Report on build health using industry standard reporting techniques.
Contribute to ongoing QA process development and improvement.
Liaising and coordinating with external testing teams.
Confidently managing your time
Excellent written and verbal communication (needs to be able to communicate bugs – how did you find them? What exact steps are needed to make it happen again?)
Intermediate understanding of networking setup and hardware, as well as how its principles and components apply to modern console, PC, and mobile gaming / functionality
Ability to work in both an individual and team environment
Conduct strategy audits to identify further opportunities to improve the way we do things.
Nice to Have But Not A Deal Breaker
2+ shipped PC/Console Commercial Titles
2+ years of experience in a game/QA role
Understanding of PC / console games and the industry as a whole.
