This free one-off workshop will explore a range of interesting and unusual source material, microphone setup and recording techniques for a range of source material. This workshop is aimed at students, audio professionals and anyone that has an interest in audio production techniques. This event will be filmed for future upload for those unable to attend.
World Class Facility
We are proud to announce the support and involvement of Dockland Studio Melbourne.
This workshop will be run in Studio 1 at Dockland Studio. This is a world class sound stage big enough to fly a plane into and provides a sound proof environment perfect for the series of recording events we have planned for the day.
Stephan Schütze has spent over a decade recording and creating audio for a range of media formats. He now produces commercial sound effects libraries for a global market with customers such as EA Studios worldwide.
Stephan has recorded everything from fighter planes to African Wild dogs. His passion for audio production is what motivates him and his desire to support the industry is evident in events such as this.
Important Note
Attendees MUST register for this event. If your name is not on the list you will not be able to gain access to the studio site. While both Sound Librarian and Docklands Studio place a high level of importance on safety and all care will be taken during the event attendees will be required to sign an indemnity form to attend this event.
