A dentist and two ex-EA developers team up to make Worm Air

Melbourne, Australia - Pod Cubed, a new game studio by a dentist-turned-designer and two former EA developers, announce the development of their first iOS title, Worm Air.

Birds are attacking the Worm Air balloon, and you need to save the worms! Flick, pop, and zap the birds, and use their own powers against them to score massive combos. Travel to faraway lands and help the worms find a new home.

Pay to win? Forget about it, these worms don't take credit. Worm Air will be released on the App Store as a paid app in late 2012.

Pod Cubed was founded by an unlikely trio in May 2012. Pasteur Tran is a dentist with a passion for designing games who decided games are another way to help people smile. Dion Cuttriss and Owen Thomas are an artist and programmer who worked for various Melbourne studios including IronMonkey Studios (EA Mobile) before joining Pasteur to form Pod Cubed.
