About the role: Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for a part-time Operations Coordinator (62-67k AUD per year) to join our team and help us grow sustainably. This role involves a mix of administrative, and minor accounting / bookkeeping tasks. Day to day, you can expect to be working on the following:

  • Developing and executing processes and office administrative procedures
  • Supporting with organisation and facilitation of in-person events
  • Managing some regular bookkeeping tasks, such as bank reconciliations or payroll processing
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks, managing software subscriptions, etc

We’re an indie game studio and consultancy who strive to make wonderful games! In addition to our internal projects, we make games for clients or provide additional game development support. Our team consists of experienced game developers, with a love for fun and adventure in equal measure!

Requirements:

  • Competent in standard productivity tools: Email, Microsoft Office software, Google Suite (Sheets, etc)
  • High attention to detail
  • Prior experience in operations and/or office management
  • Are an Australian citizen, or hold a current visa to work in Australia

Not Required, But Advantageous:

  • Previous experience with accounting tools, such as Xero
  • Previous experience with bookkeeping and payroll related tasks
  • Previous experience implementing operational systems, or technical systems
  • A love of spreadsheets
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies
  • Technical experience (either in game development, or in broader IT)
