Paint help 02 - metals

Second in the quick 20 min paint helps, this time covering one type of metal I use; it's nowhere near the prettiest, but hey, it's quick and the method is easily changible to fit most metal types. I'll do probably 1 or 2 more metal techniques since this one really isn't that great.
