Is that the one with a tonne of small clips from various studios? If so, I've seen it, and I can't wait for it either.. The eye candy is awesome, and I'm looking forward to all the different stories set in the Matrix universe.. it's for the DVD for Matrix 2, right? Another year or so to go! [:)]

Didn't make as much as expected back on FF the movie, and it wasn't popular enough to warrant another flick, so they had to close up, basically.

Brain is referring to Square pictures, btw.. Square pictures was the new arm of Square that concentrated on producing cinematic movies. Final Fantasy - the movie bombed terribly in theatres, and DVD sales still didn't recoup the costs to make and promote the movie, so unfortunately Square decided to close down Square Pictures. The short film was the last thing that the studio did before closing up.
It's a shame though.. the movie blew me away with the 3d work, but the story was pretty dismal. I still bought the DVD though [:)]

Yeah the matrix 2 is going to be good. It would have been good if they had gone with their idea of having 2 movies come out within 2 months of eachother (They were originally making matrix 2 and 3 at the same time). But now they've decided to make it one long film. :P

Have you got a link on this? I'm pretty sure they're still sticking with Matrix Reloaded, and Matrix Revolutions as seperate movies.. Comming Attractions (http://corona.bc.ca) had the news a couple of weeks ago that Revolutions is confirmed to appear on November 7, 2003, while Reloaded will be around in May...

No proof that this is true, but i've heard it quite a few times from different people.
Some things get t00 chee-Zy if they true to churn out too many movies.!
