Ratbag Games is looking for the best talent in the business to work on exciting, AAA budget character based action games for PS2 and Next Generation consoles.
Due to continued growth Ratbag is currently seeking an assistant producer.

Assistant Producer [8D]
The Assistant Producer is responsible for supporting the internal and external development teams, as well as the Producers in all aspects of game production. The Assistant Producer is also responsible for liasing with external parties (eg; 3rd party vendors) in regards to quoting, contracting and managing work delivery. The Assistant Producer also assists the Producers in developing and updating project plans and schedules, organising meetings, minuting meetings and conference calls, distributing and collecting project documents.
We encourage applicants from Multimedia, Film & TV and IT industries.
Essential Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience in maintaining project schedules and budgets
- Knowledge / experience in 3rd party contracted work/outsourced work
- Good organization and time management skills
- Ability to take direction when needed
- Ability to motivate project team
The following attributes will be considered a distinct advantage:
- Formal Project Management qualification
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of Game development process
