Krome Studios, Brisbane Australia is looking for Talented Game Artists
3DS Max Character Artists, Animators and Environment Builders needed to work on Large Scale, Realistic Project.

Are you experienced in making top quality game characters that look as real as the character in the movie?
We are looking for character artists and animators who are versatile and able to do modelling rigging and texturing. Textures will mostly be provided as photosourced reference.
Anyone with motioncapture experience as well is a bonus.

These are permanent positions for the right applicants who can impress.

Krome Studios uses 3DS Max for all areas of Game Development.

3DS Max Characters Artists MUST have the following skills

At least 1 Year experience in the games industry, or
a showreel that stands out from the rest.
Understanding of 3DS Max 5.1 and Photoshop.

A proven track record for producing high quality
game art for published titles.

Tips for Art submission
We recommend submitting some Game characters around the 2000-3000 poly level that are as realistic as possible.
Characters that are made to look life like will give us a good understanding of how well you can interprit and model the human form as well as animate it.
Characters will need to be rigged and animated in at least an idle pose, to show you fully understand Max's process of the Skin modifier.

3DS Max Environment Artists

Props and Level Builders will all need to know the techniques associated with building levels to a high standard.

3DS Max Animators MUST have the following skills.

We require a talented Animator to join our existing team working on PS2, XBox and PC development.
At least 1 Year experience in the games industry, or
a showreel that stands out from the rest.

Experience with Character Studio 4.
Experience with converting motion capture to useable game animations prefered.
Must show a great set of in-game animations in mov, mpeg or avi format.
Show us your best animations.
