While this is slightly non-game work - it is 2D work.
I'm currently working on the new Lost in Space comic (www.lisvoyage.com) with local comic artist Michal Dutkiewicz (Batman, Wolverine, Superman etc...).
We are looking for an experienced 2D artist to do work on backgrounds. This would entail everything from Guns, Trucks, Buildings, Trees, Terrain etc.
All work is done in pencil - and work needs to be done on location (in Adelaide). The project is fully funded - Work is anything from 2 - 5 days per week - depending on your availability.
While I know this isn't a game project - Games is where all the artists who might have one day been comic artists 10 years ago have gone. And it'll still look bloody good in your portfolio when we're done.
