If you're a concept artist, you've most likely have heard of Massive Black (for their fantastic work of course, and not the Shanghai fiasco a while back!). Massive Black are one of those incredible art outsourcing companies that houses some absolutely insane talent. They've completed work for a whole range of clients from video game developers and movie studios, and they're very damn well good at it.
The good news for the folks in New Zealand is that Massive Black are holding a four day workshop over there, starting November 13 through to 16 later this year. There's quite a contigent of Aussie concept artists heading over there as well, including some from various local game companies. Yes, it's going to be damn amazing, and if you're into concept art, illustration, 3D and animation, then this is one place you have to be at! Of course, you'll need to fly straight back to Brisbane to make it to Game Connect which starts on the 19th of November!
