It seems that StarGate SG-1: The Alliance is continuing development at Perception amidst all the commotion with their publisher JoWood. Gateworld.com has a timely interview with Ben Lenzo, CEO of Perception, which fills in the blanks on how the StarGate license was obtained, who rightfully owns it for game development, along with how the game itself is progressing...
Tell us a little about the current status of Stargate SG-1: The Alliance. How does the game look and feel? The game is progressing very well. The feedback from the fans has been incredible. It's at the stage where we are really tuning, tweaking, and optimizing elements of the game. There are still a few extra features we're getting in there, but it's shaping up very nicely.
There's another interview over at Gamecloud with Ben Lenzo containing some more details on StarGate and the happenings at Perception...
"Ben Lenzo - Everything here is moving as normal. We?ve even made a few new hires in the last 2 weeks! The team here has been kept up to date for a long time, so they knew exactly where we were at with JoWooD. Obviously they were as shocked as everyone else at the contents of JoWooD's press release, but it has served to fire them up!"
Ben Lenzo is a liar who doesn't know when to stop
this seems like it's old news... why is it posted?
