The Courier-Mail has a great report with new details on the recently announced Destroy All Humans! sequel that's currently in development at Pandemic Studios in Brisbane. New details mentioned in the write up include the number of extra people onboard the development team and the much larger script for Destroy All Humans! 2...
Pandemic hired more than 30 people, including two programmers straight out of the Queensland University of Technology and a Brisbane writer, Leanne Taylor, to make the sequel that plays off high-brow literary references to Tolstoy and Hunter S Thompson to popular myths such as Tunguska...Director John Passfield said the script for the sequel was three times longer reaching 160,000 words.
"This one is a lot more character driven," Mr Passfield said.
"There's probably about three times more writing than for the last game."
Also worth mentioning is that the Pandemic Studios team will be at the Supanova event in Brisbane this weekend, where I'm sure they'll be showing off some of Human destroying action!
Looking forward to this one.
