2 Days left for Fury Ebay auction by angry ex-Auranian

Company

You may remember the Ebay donation plea (of which a few Sumeans did donate to) by an ex-Ratbag Games staff member shortly after Midway gave their studio the shaft, and in what might perhaps become a tradition of sorts is this Ebay auction by a reasonably peeved off ex-Auran employee who's selling a copy of the last two copies of Fury, nabbed from the warehouse... complete with a raged induced footprint!

Unleash the Fury - Last two boxes made in distribution!

Today I present to you, the very last two 'Unleash the Fury' boxes taken directly from the Auran distribution centre in Brisbane Australia moments before the company went in to receivership.

There were originally three boxes but a much more worthy cause was found and now rests in the men’s toilets. Neither of the two boxes have been opened and both contain unused serials keys. And just in case you thought it couldn’t get any better, I’ve included two mouse pads which I found while cleaning out my desk after been made redundant.

To ensure authenticity of these items, you will see that no stickers were ever added to the box and one of the items has a rage induced foot imprint after been kicked across the room by a now also redundant developer, a real survivor this one!
Fury in all truth of the name! – Happy Bidding

The Q&A is worth a read too, and I'll just post it here for prosperity since Ebay will remove the page after the auction ends...

Q: You sure that you don't want to pay me to take them off your hands? 14-Dec-07
A: As tempting as that is, I am going to try and make a few dollars so that I may make it through Christmas.
Q: If you guys were willing, and not tempted to completely destroy said boxes would the developers sign both boxes for the winning bidder? 14-Dec-07
A: Most of the developers have been sacked and I unfortunately wouldn't be able to track them all down.
Q: Can you provide a dirt sample from the werehouse and/or imprint of said 'Redundant Dev's' shoe? For the Authenticity of course. 13-Dec-07
A: I have added an additional photo where the foot made contact with the box.

There are only two days left in the auction, so here's your chance to brighten up one ex-Auran staff member and nab yourself a special copy of Fury for that special someone...

Please improve the colour contrast of your web pages. Grey-on-white and pale-blue-on-grey text is extremely hard to read.

I already bought a copy off the shelf a few weeks back, really wanted this game to be good. After a couple of hours it became apparent that it just lacked way too much for me to enjoy it though. It's a real shame what happened here.
