In other Fury news, Auran have initiated a $1 million Fury tournament starting mid September which will see teams as well as individuals winning prizes such as PC Hardware, online subscriptions to Fury, and scholarships to study video game development! Auran hasn't forgotten about Australian gamers, and so are providing extra local servers to play in as well as making a push for local support. From IGN AU. ..

Auran CEO Tony Hilliam called for the support of both the Australian games industry and retailers to help generate interest in the title, with the company emblazoning the game's launch presentation in Sydney overnight with Australian Made stickers. The company is setting the goal of selling more than 33,000 copies of Fury to the Australian market, a number that would see it pass Auran's own Dark Reign game, which went on sale a decade ago this year.

Gamec**k are merely publishing the game, Auran are still Australian and still based in brisbane. Fury was almost finished before Gamec**k signed on. After losing their previous publisher some time ago Auran self-funded the project and continued working on it so they certainly have faith in it internally at least.

Looking forwards to seeing the finished product, good luck guys!

p.s lol at not being able to name the publisher due to swearing blocking :p
