Destroy All Humans! 2 at E3

Thanks to Brad for posting a tonne of links on Destroy All Humans! 2 since E3 started. You'll find lots of new info about the game from these early previews, including the new 60's theme to the two player co-op mode...

"The build we saw was early looking from a graphic standpoint and not all of the sound was in yet either, giving the whole experience a rather unwashed feel. But, DAH2 should finish off well, just as so many Pandemic games have in the past. Expect a really fun, deep game to hit store shelves sometime later this year."

- PS2 IGN

"There's one more big addition to Destroy All Humans! 2: the potential for two-player gaming. The game isn't just limited to silly mini-games like alien mind tennis either; you'll be able to cooperatively play through the entire game with a little buddy as well."

- Gamespy

"The forecast of Destroy All Humans! 2 calls for more of what made the original title fun: destruction and comedy. Gameplay has become more action-oriented with the opportunities to blow up the world around you. Along with near total decimation, Destroy All Humans! 2 has been laden with 60's clich's which are cause for a chuckle or two, or more. This build didn't have all of the hilarious moments in place, but it's apparent that Pandemic is going in a similar direction than their original DaH! title."

Brad: There's also 2 DAH2 segments during gamespots live coverage, at the very end of the 3pm Wed show and the end of the 1pm Thurs show.

Brad: And finally, THQ's CEO talks about stuff including DAH

"Brian Farrell: That's what I think THQ has truly been a leader in. I don't know if you've seen Destroy All Humans! 2, but that's the sequel - and when we brought out that original game, there were a lot of people asking if we'd gone crazy, because we were trying to bring out a new intellectual property late in the cycle - a sort of US, 50s humour sci-fi game - but it was a great game, roundly applauded as bold, new, differentiated."
