A huge day of gaming awaits you!
XperienceXpo 2011 is a charity event that has been put together by the OzBoxLive team in an effort to raise money for The Royal Children's Hospital Foundation. The Experimedia Room at The State Library of Victoria will be transformed into a gaming epicenter with over 30 Xbox 360's running the latest and best games in HD on massive projectors, big screen TVs, and PC monitors, all available for play. Parents, children, casual gamers and of course the "hardcore" gamers are all encouraged to attend! Special gaming zones will be created to suit different game tastes and audiences.
Large Projector Screens will be located around the event to give gamers that Big Action E3 feeling with games such as Marvel Vs Capcom 3, Cars 2, Lego Star Wars: The Clone Wars and more. We will even feature Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and HALO 3: ODST on two projectors for some awesome 8-Player Multiplayer Action. On top of that we will go back to the beginning with something we have never had before... an Xbox Original featuring HALO: Combat Evolved for the fans.
The KINECT Zones will feature some of the best titles available today such as Kinect Sports, Child of Eden, Virtua Tennis 4 and more. We want to make this as interactive and fun as possible and encourage all gamers new to Kinect to have a go and try out this very new and exciting way to play games.
A massive raffle (worth $5,000 of prizes) includes an XBOX 360 console with Kinect, the majority of the Xbox 360 games at the event, DVDs, Magazines and more to be won. Raffle tickets are available purchase in Experimedia for just $5 each. Winners of the raffle will be announced in Experimedia at 5pm.
The best part of this event is that all the money raised will go to The Royal Children's Hospital Foundation. A special link up will be made so that gamers will even be able to play against children at the Hospital via Xbox Live for certain KINECT titles.
