Namco Bandai has declared its intentions to completely buy out D3, the publisher that's heavily involved with the Puzzle Quest series of games developed by Melbourne developers, Infinite Interactive. D3 shareholders have already agreed to a 70% acquisition of shares to Namco Bandai, with the rest planned for purchase at a later date.
Bandai Namco has cited many reasons for the acquisition, but the one most relevant to Puzzle Quest and Infinite Interactvie is the "use of Bandai Namco Games content with D3's casual games series".
Could we be seeing a Puzzle Quest: Soul Calibur some time soon?
