"Perception, a video games developer, concluded a Heads of Agreement, with JoWooD Productions AG, a publicly listed international video games publisher, which outlines a strategic partnership between the two companies. Part of the deal includes the publishing rights to a top rated franchise from one of the worlds best known film studios. Perception, as licensee of those rights, will appoint JoWooD as worldwide publisher as part of the agreement.JoWooD will be appointed to handle worldwide publishing and marketing of the product as well as providing sales of approximately 23 million dollars over the next 2 years to Perception. Currently the licensed title is planned to ship in 2005 on various platforms, such as X-Box, PS2 as well as PC. The two parties will also work on a number of other licensed and original content titles together over the period."
