Come along and find out about setting up the business side of independent game company: budgeting, preparation, organisation and administration. 3 Blokes Studios is a leading social games company based in Brisbane, with a strong background in casual games. Duncan is co-founder, co-owner and Chief Executive Bloke. He is also a programmer and designer and has worked on Magical Forest, Brainiversity 2, iWin's hit hidden object game series Jewel Quest Mysteries 1 & 2 and the Facebook app: Hospital Town. Duncan and the blokes have been enthusiastic supporters of the Brisbane indie game development community and they see the formation of a strong indie game development sector as vital to growing the Australian games industry profile.
