IGN has some quick concept art for Pandemic's Destroy All Humans! 2. There are plenty of interesting character designs there, all of which fit the 60's era / cold war theme that Destroy All Humans! 2 is aiming for.

My favourite pieces is the one of Crypto riding a mind controlled alien beast. Very nice work!
