Graphite 2003 - International Conference on Computer Graphics and Interactive Techniques in Australasia and South East Asia. Victorian Minister for ICT, Marsha Thomson, will launch a new initiative for the Victorian computer game industry called 'Game Plan: Game On' at the opening of Graphite 2003.
