Senior Unity Technical Artist
Spinifex Group, based in East Sydney, seek freelance Senior Unity Technical Artist to work in house with our team from April for a 10-12 month contract.
The ideal candidate would have a games or architectural visualization background, and experience with cars.
A little bit of programming might be useful, but is not essential. Maya experience would be a plus.
Hi there, it's been a while! We're currently looking to get in touch with a Technical Artist with a focus on Unreal Engine 4 to help with our current game in development.
Initially, we're just looking to have a chat with a Tech Artist to figure out certain aspects of our art pipeline but if your stuff really jumps out at us, then we'd love to have you work on working on some great character and environmental shaders!
Here's some added qualities we're really looking for:
AIRBAG is looking for a Unity Environmental TD to help us put the finishing touches on a VR driving experience. Style is realistic, rather than stylised. Probably about a week's work left to bring us home. Particularly looking for someone experienced in lighting, shaders and scene optimisation. A working knowledge of 3Ds Max and Substance designer would be helpful, but not essential. Likewise specific VR experience would be helpful, but not essential.

Unreal Engine 4 – Senior Technical Artist/Developer
Gaven Central Business Park at Arundel, Gold Coast. Just off the M1, 2 minutes from Westfield Helensvale Shopping Centre, and 15 minutes from Surfers Paradise.
We have the prototype of the game ready. It needs more polishing on the visual side. The role of this technical artist is to polish the look of the game. This is a one day job.
