Paint Help 01 - Muscles

Not much time atm to post so I'll elaborate further on what I'm doing this for later. It's the first in a series of 20 mins paint help.

what they are:
-step by step of how I do stuff
-just what I do - there's no right or wrong way, and my way may not be anywhere near the best
-quick and crappy - all done in 20 mins or less.
-hopefully helpful!

First up: Muscles!

edit: took it a step further for extra refinement - it's sitting closer to what I'd consider a final now (around 80-90%)

All i can say is thank u very much for creating different parts of texturing tuts joel... it helped me heaps and sped up my texturing process since u showed me last nite... im sure it will help other artists as well. [:D]

This is pretty much the same way I work, except I use airbrush and dont use hardlight.

thanks, i needed something like this, i'm try to work at my texuring and this is really helpful
