Successful candidate will eventually be working in a team of up to 30 Artists, generating art asserts of the highest quality for an upcoming next generation PlayStation title.

Experience Requirements:
* Strong polygon-modeling and texturing skills on diverse subjects -environment, vehicle, character
* Maya and Photoshop proficiency is a must
* Full-time game development experience preferred
* Strong communication (visual, verbal, written) and interpersonal skills
* Solid understanding of game creation limitations/dependencies
* Solid understanding of technology involved and be receptive to new working methodology
Lead Animator (Cinematics)
Lead Animator (Cinematics)
Team Bondi is a newly established company based in Sydney, Australia and we are looking for an experienced and talented Lead Animator (Cinematics) to join our Art Team.
The Lead Animator is responsible for creating all animation and establishing and maintaining the look and feel of all animation within the game.
The Lead Animator will maintain the animation integrity throughout the entire project ensuring consistency and highest quality.
Successful candidate will manage a team of up to 20 Animators working on an upcoming next generation PlayStation title.

Experience Requirements:
? Strong management experience and leads from the front
? Strong character animator
? Must have completed at least 1 title on PS2, Xbox or Game Cube as a Lead Animator or have completed a major film production involving character animation
? 5+ years full-time experience as a game or post-production animator preferred
? Maya and Motion Builder proficiency is a must
? Proficient at working with mo-cap data
? In-depth knowledge of cinematic techniques
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Solid understanding of game creation limitations/dependencies
? A solid understanding of technology and creating pipelines
