We are looking to fill several design positions over the next few months for current and future titles.

SENIOR/LEAD DESIGNERS

Preferred Skills:

Game Design Experience ? 2 to 3 Shipped console titles as a senior member of the design team. Is capable of producing game pitches, and developing the idea right through to a detailed game design document.

Has great communication skills. Ability to talk to all teams and leads on relevant subjects and has the ability to project the vision of the product to internal and external groups.

Scheduling ability ? Some skill in scheduling design tasks using Microsoft Project would be highly regarded.

JUNIOR DESIGNERS/SCRIPTERS

Preferred Skills:

Game Design Experience - Preferably having worked on console titles before, or have high quality modding experience on current titles.

Level Design - Can take a level brief and expand it into a full level design document, describing all the key game play elements in detail. Then go on to build a level that looks good and plays great.

Tools Knowledge ? Can think in 3D space. Have created levels in a variety of tools and have familiarity with scripting languages.

Console Knowledge ? Able to offer valid opinions on a range of console titles, describing in detail their strengths and weaknesses.

Documentation Skills ? Able to write coherent, concise documents on level plans, game proposals, interface design etc.

Communication Skills ? Able to liaise with programmers, artists, and other designers both technically and creatively.
