Happy New Year, Sumeans. A tad late, sure, but you can never get enough well-wishes, right?
Whilst going through and catching up on any news that occurred over the Christmas-New Year break, I came across an interesting article over at PALGN, who managed to catch Microsoft’s Regional Director of the Entertainment and Devices Division for Australia and New Zealand, David McLean.
The interview touches on many topics, the Xbox 360 obviously being an active topic, as well as the big competitor, Playstation 3. Something that may interest us – or disappoint, potentially - is Microsoft’s stance on the Aussie game market’s current rating system.
Microsoft fully supports the ratings system in Australia. We’re also very appreciative of the way in which the OFLC implements the classification guidelines and support the decisions it makes.
