Lucasfilm Animation Singapore has an immediate opening for a Senior Recruiter. The person filling this role will drive the recruiting process during set-up phase through commencement of operations and into full capacity production, ensuring that the 'best and the brightest' are identified and secured for our creative projects. The perfect candidate will have experience in recruiting talent for the games and/or entertainment industries.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, screen, interview and recommend candidates for all positions. Counsel internal candidates when they are not chosen for the position.
- Actively develop and maintain creative/artist/applicant tracking database. Crucial to the success of this role will be the ability to maintain strong professional relationships with key creative people so as to manage and predict employee availability for current or upcoming projects.
- Ensure turnaround on all applicants is timely and professional.
- For key positions, target and identify candidates at high profile companies who are interested and qualified for further consideration. Conduct interviews with potential candidates and make recommendations to the Hiring Manager and GM Singapore.
- Work closely with studio producers and directors to target recruiting requirements from a creative point of view.
- Coordinate with Manager of Production to recruit based on project schedules and requirements.
- Work with Manager ? Industry Relations & Artistic Development to build on a long range pool of artistic resources for current and future projects.
- Manage the employment process that includes: Meeting with Hiring managers to determine job specifications and job description. Determine and execute recruitment strategy including: advertising and internet sources and placement, cold calling and referrals and search firm. Scheduling candidates with department heads and/or other interviewers. Collect feedback from interviewers and obtain final decision from Hiring Manager. Successfully conduct offers and prepare offer letters. Ensure appropriate metrics are tracked (cost-per-hire, etc.). Perform all hiring activities within established quality standards, supporting multiple international and domestic business units and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all hiring practices. Create any necessary ad-hoc recruiting reports for hiring managers and Human Resources.
- Administer the Educational/Training Institutions Recruitment program. Develop a campus recruitment program working with Human Resource Manager, Industry Relations Manager and the GM Singapore. This includes developing relationships with placement office administration, faculty members and deans.
- Assist with the development of an intern training program by managing application and selection process. Work with departments to determine ongoing intern needs.
- Assist on HR projects and issues as necessary.

Education, Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of five years experience in recruitment, with specific experience in entertainment or high tech markets. Experience with international recruiting required; specific experience in Southeast Asia a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as follow-through on multiple-projects.
- Outstanding customer service.
- Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting candidates.
- Sophisticated computer skills (Internet research/recruiting, Microsoft Word, Excel and Access) is required.
- University degree in a related field required.
- Ability to contribute positively in a high-energy, changing environment.
- Experience in entertainment production a plus.
