League of Geeks is a rapidly growing videogame development studio in Melbourne and we are set to get even bigger and better throughout this year! During this exciting time of expansion, we are looking for a talented full-time systems administrator to provide technical support to our game development team and exciting new project. This is a newly created role to manage the day-to-day ICT activities in the Studio, manage software and hardware procurement, and participate in the design, implementation and support of IT systems. In addition to general hardware/software/network responsibilities, a core function will be assisting us in our continued growth and working alongside our external IT provider in ensuring our projects are secure and our network is super fast and reliable.
This could be a great role for a junior level systems administrator who wants to support a highly technically-literate team who largely know what they want but don’t have the time to do it themselves; or for an experienced Systems Administrator who can keep the development team focused on game making, and their technology running flawlessly. Can you power up our development team and keep us all running at peak performance? We want you!
We are committed to building one of the best working environments in the world, with a genuine focus on well being, skill development, and the correct ratio of pot plants to humans.
If you’re keen to work with one of the world’s leading independent studios and help us create our new, exciting original IP, we'd love to hear from you!
Women and other underrepresented developers, please apply! We pride ourselves on our inclusive work environment and output, so we’d love to work with you.
