We’re in a phase of fast growth and are looking for an energetic online marketing executive with outstanding skills and experience in online marketing. This role is focused on achieving acquisition and retention goals through comprehensive multi-channel online marketing campaigns and activities. This includes planning, creating, managing and tracking online advertising campaigns, SEO, SEM and electronic direct mail activities. This role also involves assisting with social media management. Additionally, this role involves producing valuable insights and reporting for senior management.

Reporting to the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in the continued success of Little Space Heroes.   • Plan, create and execute multi-channel targeted online marketing campaigns designed to achieve goals and metrics set by the Chief Marketing Officer.
  • Produce and manage regular eDM campaigns in line with customer lifecycle model.
  • Assist in Search Engine Optimisation and Search Engine Marketing activities
  • Provide clear, comprehensive reports using a range of reporting tools and features.
  • Assist Chief Marketing Officer in planning, developing and refining customer lifecycle model to optimize performance.
  • Produce competitive research and analysis for use in the planning of future strategies/campaigns and for internal distribution across the business.
  • Provide product marketing support for Bubble Gum Interactive across its online games portfolio
  • Assist Chief Marketing Officer in using social media channels to engage with customers and promote the brand. This aspect of the role will grow over time.


  • 2-3 years’ experience in an online marketing role with demonstrated track record of managing successful B2C online campaigns
  • Passion, enthusiasm and experience in online advertising
  • Experience with web analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics
  • Experience with Google Adwords and other third party advertising platforms
  • Ability to effectively organise complex datasets into clear and succinct reports using your advanced knowledge of Excel and/or statistical analysis packages
  • Ability to present findings and recommendations in succinct and actionable manner using PowerPoint or other tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Solid understanding of brand management principles
  • Good knowledge of the social media landscape and various tools including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Flickr and other B2C services
  • Highly organised & structured approach with an uncompromising attention to detail
  • Interest in working with brands for children and families
  • Interest in gaming
  • Fluent English
  • A second language is highly desirable
